About the Project

The manual detection and classification of plant diseases through naked-eye examination by experienced professionals is a complex and cumbersome process, prone to human errors and requiring specialized knowledge. To address this challenge, this research project aimed to develop an automated plant disease detection system for medicinal plants, leveraging the power of deep learning and Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs).
